How To Reinstall GRUB

I fancy playing around with OSes. I've got ArchLinux in 2 laptops and my desktop is running a 64-bit flavor of Ubuntu and Vista Ultimate 64-bit. It's not fun though when an OS decides to hog the bootloader and thrashing GRUB in the process. For the uninitiated, GRUB is a boot manager. Once this happens, you can only boot to that particular OS. No fear though, plenty of guides online to show how to reinstall GRUB.

I came across 2 - How To Geek and FOSSwire. Probably try one tonight. I trashed GRUB installing Vista. Sigh.
