Intel C2D drops in price!

Intel just went on a crazy price slashing fee! I'm soooo happy! The 3GHz C2D is now a $163! Since I'm currently on a 2.8GHz C2D, I'm in no rush to upgrade but upgrading is definitely in the pipeline

The old desktop can be reused as a HTPC (yeah, I'm finding interesting ways to use my 32" LCD TV). The new gaming rig would ideally be running Vista with 4GB RAM and a 250GB hard drive, powered by a 3.xx GHz Core2 or Quad CPU. Graphics will of course be none other than the awesome Radeon 4850/4870 GPU.

OK, gotta stop drooling!
