There were a lot of disgruntled users of the DiGi Ambassador plan when it was changed from a free-all-you-can-call plan to something more down-to-earth. These fees were introduced:
- call rate identical to 1-Plan
- ditto for SMS/MMS
- monthly commitment fee of RM25
The commitment fee was waived for the first 3 months, starting with February. I’m actually fine with this arrangement because even though it’s no longer free, I have no qualms with DiGi’s customer service or network coverage and this plan is the cheapest postpaid plan around. In fact, I’m a happy customer. They’re so unobtrusive I rarely need to call customer service and when something is wrong, it’s fixed fast.
Now the good news - the RM25 is further waived another 3 months
I guess DiGi is doing pretty well rewarding its customers. Here’s hoping the monthly commitment would be waived completely.
cuz, monthly fee waived? dun think it will happen anywhere in the near future dude. The telcos are making waaaay too much fleecing the public by way of so called “monthly” subscription fees to do that…
neways, I can’t change my hp number even if Digi is offering zero on call rates cos this stoooopid number has been with me for about 12 donkey years…kekeke
Here’s to wishful thinking bro..
