I tested my self. If you insist to use Maxis, don't go too far and you should sit 'properly' just under their umbrella, dont go downstair, their service is only good from ground floor. Don't use Maxis Broadband, unless you want to contribute your money to them, eventhough you do not have a choice. Maxis only behave like big master in this area, but they are not, in fact. Choose wired, even streamyx is better (pls select higher RM77/88/99 pack) you will living longer and happier. This is my experience so far. If you are unhappy, persist to terminate the line. They'll allow it. If things don't go your way, Google MCMC's complaint form. www.mypdacafe.com is a good place for these kind of issues.
