If you’re an owner of the Nokia E61, and find that PC Suite won’t backup your phone unless it’s just been restored to factory settings, fret not, apparently, Nokia hasn’t been sitting idle all this while. Which is good because the problem has been highlighted for quite some time in the My-Symbian forums. Nokia has just released a new version of PC Suite over the weekends. I’ve downloaded it and verified that indeed, as mentioned by one of the forum regulars, the backup function has been fixed.
