Engadget reports that the Black Tie edition of the Treo 650 is launching in the US. A quick check to Palm Malaysia’s website reveals that’s it’s not here yet, even though it’s supposed to be released initially for the Asia Pacific region. My say? Enough with the milking already, bring on the 700p.
